Lead Instructor and Program Manager

Rita "Roksi" Rivera

Roksi is currently the TA Programs Manager for Terminal. She manages the Talent coordination team and launches all new talent acquisition related projects and initiatives. She is also the program manager for this Academy. She entered Talent Acquisition in 2011 and never looked back. Her experience includes staffing account management, technical sourcing, recruiting a variety of skill sets, training/development, management and now program management. Roksi lives in Austin, TX and is committed to keeping things weird.

Head of Learning

Karine Roy

Karine is the head of learning at Terminal and leading the design and delivery of all Terminal training programs. She is the lead designer for the TA Academy. She has over 25 years experience in the tech industry, having held several roles as part of product development teams. She will be supporting the students every step of the way throughout their learning journey in this Academy!

Talent coordinator

Faith Richmond

Faith is TA Academy's program coordinator and will be supporting the students as they go through the program. She joined Terminal in August 2021 as part of our team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators. Faith lives in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, and is looking forward to meeting you all!
